Marker Street Partners is a sector-focused M&A advisory firm. The team brings senior operating and transaction experience across infrastructure, telecom, aviation, technology services, and consulting. Detailed biographies are available on request once a scoping conversation has taken place.

How we keep our independence.
Stated policy
Marker Street Partners is independent. We do not accept referral fees from third parties on any engagement. Our incentives sit on one side of the table per engagement, and our engagement letters are explicit about that.
We are paid for the analysis, and we will tell a client the deal is not worth doing when that is the right answer.
Firm context
A small firm, kept that way.
Marker Street Partners is intentionally small. We work on a limited number of engagements at one time. The model does not scale by adding analysts; it scales by being precise about which engagements we accept. If you reach out and we cannot take on an engagement, we will say so directly. If we can, the work will be done by the person who answered the first call.
